The user interface

Irrespective of whether you tune in to your favourite radio station or search for the shortest way to your destination, you will probably use a screen which is the result of our work.

We design future displays and realise their graphic environment. This includes, among other things, UX/UI activities, simulations of common and unexpected situations, but also competitor analysis. This in turn includes the analysis of competitor vehicles from an HMI standpoint. We make sure that all of the car’s display elements are graphically attractive and user-friendly. Last but not least, we also process any texts used in infotainment. In addition to infotainment systems, we are also in charge of instrument clusters and head-up displays.

Connected cars

Every new car is able to communicate with its environs. And we make sure that this communication is problem-free and 100% reliable.

A car can communicate with its environs in 2 ways: using Wi-Fi (802.11p) which is received by the other vehicles, traffic lights, traffic frequency counters, railroad crossings… WiFi is also used to receive information from your surroundings, making it the driver´s “third eye”.

The second option is your mobile connection (which is currently LTE, but will be 5G in the future). In this case, data is collected and analysed in the cloud and sent to those recipients who need it. This may involve technical equipment in the area of the road or service and rescue units.
