We have been testing and developing automotive electronic and software systems to help change the automotive industry since 2001.
We are a subsidiary of CARIAD SE (51% share) and Škoda Auto a.s. (49% share). This makes us 100% a member of the Volkswagen Group and allows us to participate in the most interesting projects of various Group´s brands.

Wilhelm Schmitt
Managing Director and CEO
of Digiteq Automotive since 1 July 2021
He previously worked as Head of Strategy & Operations ADAS&AD in CARIAD SE and has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of FDTech GmbH and ASTech GmbH. Prior to joining CARIAD SE, he held various management positions at Audi AG and Volkswagen Group´s subsidiaries. He graduated from university in psychology, and he started his career in the Internal Organization Development at Audi AG in 1995. From 2001, he headed the Management Consulting, Marketing and Sales of Volkswagen Bildungsinstitut GmbH for the branches in Dresden and Poland. From 2007, he headed the Project Management / Strategy Concepts department of chassis developement at Audi AG, before being appointed CEO of EFS GmbH in 2016. Between 2019 and 2020, he led Strategy, Architecture, Pre-/Concept-Development of automated driving functions and chassis developement at Audi AG.

Milan Klaus
Managing Director and CFO
of Digiteq Automotive since 1 February 2017
He started his career at Škoda Auto a.s. in 1991 in the field of financial controlling. He has been a member of the senior management since 1995. In 2003, he became the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Škoda Auto Polska S.A. Subsequently, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Procurator of Volkswagen Motor Polska Sp. z o.o. In 2010, he returned to Škoda Auto a.s., where he held managerial positions in controlling, and was thus responsible, among other things, for pricing and financial management of the Sales area or for financial coordination of projects in the assembly plants abroad. In 2017 and 2018, he was the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Škoda Auto Digilab s.r.o. He graduated in Computer Science at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

The “Linka bezpečí” help-line provides high-quality and easily accessible assistance to children and students and anybody acting on their behalf. It helps to resolve demanding life situations and everyday problems. It provides crisis intervention and counselling by telephone, chat and e-mail. All of this is anonymous and free.
The “Zdravotní klaun” project cheers up children in hospitals, geriatric patients and other people in need. It helps to improve their psychological status and overall health, not only by means of the activities of specially trained medical clowns, but also with other related projects.
Certificates and standards
We use tools which represent an industry-wide standard for programming on the MATLAB/Simulink platform and develop components according to the AUTOSAR architecture, when testing our assistance or comfort systems. We are able to maintain maximum software quality thanks to the V-Model concept and Automotive SPICE.
